Professional Scrum Master™ (PSM)

This 2-day PSM course teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement. It covers the principles and process theory underpinning the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master in it. The course also teaches how to use Scrum, how to optimise value, reduce total cost of ownership and deliver more frequently.

Professional Scrum Master II™ (PSM II)

Unlike the Professional Scrum Master (PSM) course which focuses on how to use Scrum, the Scrum framework and the role of the Scrum Master, PSM II is an advanced course which helps students to understand the stances that characterize an effective Scrum Master and servant-leader. The class dives deep into how Scrum Masters serve the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and the organization.

Professional Scrum Product Owner™ (PSPO)

Product Owners need to have a concrete understanding of all aspects of product management including, but not limited to, product ownership – anything and everything that drives value from their products. This 2-day course focuses on all of these areas to teach participants how to maximise the value of software products and systems.

Professional Agile Leadership Essentials™ (PAL-E)

This 2-day course uses a combination of instruction and hands-on exercises to help managers and other leaders who work directly with agile teams understand how to best support, guide, and coach their teams to improve their agile capabilities. The course provides a foundation for the role that leaders play in creating the conditions for a successful agile transformation.

Professional Scrum™ with Kanban (PSK)

This 2-day course teaches Scrum practitioners how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will understand the importance of transparency and flow as it pertains to the Scrum framework.

Applying Professional Scrum™ (APS)

In this two day course students learn to apply Professional Scrum. They experience new, agile ways of working that enable teams to deliver more value, satisfy stakeholders and work better together. Students work together as a team in a series of Sprints to solve complex problems, facing similar challenges that they face outside of class and learning how to use Scrum to address them.
